These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of L’zae Travel's Website, located at https://lzaetravel.com. By booking a tour with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you proceed with your booking.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use L’zae Travel if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Section 1. Cookies
1.1 The website uses cookies to help personalize your online experience. By accessing L’zae Travel, you agreed to use the required cookies. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
1.2 We may use cookies to collect, store, and track information for statistical or marketing purposes to operate our website. You have the ability to accept or decline optional Cookies. You may access this from L’zae Travel for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

2.2 Hyperlinking to our Content:
The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.
If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2.3 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to L’zae Travel. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.
2.5 Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:
By use of our corporate name; or
By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
2.6 Using any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.
2.7 No use of L’zae Travel's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Section 3. Booking and Payment
3.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by L’zae Travel.
3.2 A deposit of $750.00 USD is required at the time of booking. The deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3.3 Fifty percent (50%) of the remaining balance, second installment, must be paid 120 days before the tour start date.
3.4 The full remaining balance, third installment, must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date.
3.5. For bookings made less than 60 days before the departure, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
3.6. Payments can be made via cashiers check, credit card, debit card, bank transfers/wire transfers, and other methods as specified by L’zae Travel.
Section 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, which may vary depending on the type of trip and circumstances of cancellation.
4.2 Cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective on the date received by L’zae Travel. Deposit of $750.00 is non-refundable.
4.3 A cancellation fee of $250.00 will be charged for any cancellation directed by traveler. Cancellations made by the traveler are subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the Cancellation and Refund Policy section 4.4 through 4.6.
4.4 If cancellation is received between 120 days to 30 days before tour start date, a refund of the second installment (50% of remaining balance, minus the $750 deposit) is permitted.
4.5 If cancellation is received less than 30 days before departure, a refund of twenty-five percent (25%) of the tour cost is permitted.
4.6 No refunds will be given for unused services or early departures.
4.7 L’zae LLC reserves the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, travelers will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund minus the deposit.
Section 5. Travel Insurance
5.1. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all our travelers and should cover at least medical expenses, personal accident, death, emergency repatriation, and personal liability.
5.2. We recommend that you arrange your travel insurance with your preferred insurance agency to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage and personal effects.
5.3 L’zae Travel does not provide travel insurance.
Section 6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
6.1 You are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa(s), and any health certificates required for the countries you will be visiting.
6.2 L’zae Travel is not responsible for any consequences arising from the failure to obtain such documents or meet such requirements.
6.3 L’zae Travel is not responsible for flight, lodging, travel accommodations resulting from inadequate traveling documentations for any travelers.
Section 7. Changes to Itinerary
7.1 While L’zae Travel endeavors to operate all tours as described, we reserve the right to change the tour itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
7.2 In the case of any significant alterations, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Section 8. Liability
8.1 L’zae Travel acts only as an agent for the passengers in all matters relating to transportation, accommodations, and other services and as such, cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by any service provider or by force majeure.
8.2 L’zae Travel accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, allergies, injury, delays, loss, or damages from any cause whatsoever.
8.3 L’zae Travel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from acts of negligence, omission, or misconduct by third-party service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and other tour operators.
8.4 Travelers participate in activities and excursions at their own risk. L’zae Travel shall not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during such activities.
Section 9. Complaints
9.1 If you have any complaint during your tour, please inform your tour guide or a L’zae Travel representative at the time, so that they can attempt to rectify the matter.
9.2 If the problem cannot be resolved locally, please follow this up by writing to L’zae Travel within 30 days of your tour ending, providing all relevant information.
Section 10. Agreement to Terms
10.1 By making a booking with L’zae Travel, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Section 11. Code of Conduct
11.1 Travelers are expected to adhere to local laws, customs, and regulations during the trip.
11.2 Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
11.3 Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to illegal activities, substance abuse, or harassment of fellow travelers, guides, or locals, will not be tolerated. L’zae Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler who violates this code of conduct from the trip, without refund.
Section 12. Content Liability
12.1 We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
Section 13. Reservation of Rights
13.1 We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
Section 14. Removal of links from our website
14.1 If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
14.2 We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.
